My experience at Wessex Garages Kia Bristol was positive because late range of cars at fab prices for year. Sales guy Haris was great - made sure he went through anything and great communication throughout. Rang back to check some info which they sorted over the phone and put into place what was offered.

I would not recommend Wessex Garages Kia Bristol because. I bought the Kia Niro via distant online sale, but on receiving it, there was cosmetic and mechanical issue. I contacted the sales person multiple times via email but received no reply whatsoever. I trusted the Kia assured car brand, hence went for the online sale. I am very disappointed the number of problem I found with this particular car, I don’t trust the supposed checks has been carried out with this car, and even more disappointed my emails had been completely ignored. These problem are still not resolved even now
