Wessex Garages Kia Bristol staff Tadas and Ashley were exceptional. I absolutely love my new (to me) Kia Picanto. They were thorough, patient and professional throughout. I would not use your service centre only because I live 50 miles away.
They turned my car sale around as quickly as possible as I had come so far. Honestly cannot fault the service. Friendly and helpful without being pushy.
My experience at Wessex Garages Kia Bristol could have been better because we could not get a photo of all our paperwork good enough for the Co.pany to download. We didn't need to! Scanning them was a better option and we could download them ourselves. This we were not told. It would have been far preferable for the company to do it while we were there. It doesn't take that long. Also last time I bought insurance for collection was included.

I am pleased with Wessex Garages Kia Bristol and would recommend them as I have heard that they intend to move to Crbbs Causeway later this year which is much more convenient for me from where I life than Feeder Road.
